"I had a couple of issues I needed addressed with some flooring that had been installed 4 years ago. There was a gap between the end of a plank and the baseboard of a wall, and there was another plank that had some of the top surface chipped off. Rigo was referred to me by the original installer - being that the original installer was no longer in business. Rigo went out of his way to help me out at no charge due to the type of issue and the relationships / transitions of business. We were on a time crunch to get this fixed before painting started after Labor Day. Rigo came out on Sunday, the weekend of Labor Day, and spent about an hour of his time. Rigo did not have to do this. It was a long weekend. He had family obligations. And he still went the extra mile to help us out.
